Welcome to the Olgush Soaps Website (hereinafter: the “Website”).

The Website is operated and managed by Olga (hereinafter: the “Site Manager” or the “Company”), and serves as an e-commerce platform through which various products are sold (hereinafter: the “Products”).

General

This document sets forth the terms of use of the Website, the purchase procedures, and the legal framework between the user and the Website operator. Any use of the Website or placement of an order constitutes full and binding agreement to these Terms and Conditions and to any additional terms published on the Website.

The Website operator reserves the right to update these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice. These Terms apply to any use of the Website, whether through computer, mobile phone, tablet, or any other communication device, and whether via the internet or other networks.

Nothing in this document shall derogate from the rights of consumers under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, subject to the limitations permitted by law.

The Company makes every effort to provide accurate and complete information regarding the Products, including descriptions and images. However, unintentional errors or omissions may occur, and the Company shall not be held liable for any damage or loss resulting therefrom. Images on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual Product.

Section titles are provided for convenience only and do not constitute part of the Terms. Typographical or technical errors in product descriptions shall not bind the Company.

Copying or using content from the Website is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is granted by the Site Manager.

Registration to the Website

To place an order, users must register via a digital registration form.

Only legally competent individuals or legal entities holding a valid credit card issued by a recognized credit card company (hereinafter: the “Purchaser”) may use the Website.

Registration is a one-time process, after which access is granted via username and password. In case of a lost password, a reset link will be sent to the email address provided. The Purchaser’s details will be used for identification in future transactions.

The Site Manager reserves the right to request additional identifying information at any time.

The Company may, at its sole discretion, block or restrict access to the Website, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice or obligation to provide an explanation, including (but not limited to) in cases of: violation of these Terms, illegal activity, knowingly providing false information, attempts to disrupt Website operations, harm to third parties, or blocked/limited credit card.

Purchasing Products on the Website

Purchases are made by adding Products to the cart and completing an order form with personal and shipping details. Required fields will be marked with an asterisk and must be fully completed. It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date to avoid delays.

An order shall be deemed binding only after payment has been authorized and verified by the credit card company or PayPal, and subject to product availability. The Website shall not be held liable for any error, delay, or damage resulting from incorrect details entered by the Purchaser or due to factors beyond the Website's control.

Information entered in the order form constitutes conclusive evidence of the transaction details. The Purchaser confirms that they shall not file legal claims for non-fulfillment of the order or for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond the Website’s control.

Payment Terms

Purchases on the Website are permitted for individuals aged 18 and above holding a valid Israeli credit card or Israeli bank account that enables online payment.

Payment may be made by credit card or digital wallet (e.g., PayPal), subject to the available options on the Website. For credit card payments, the Purchaser will be required to provide card number, ID, card type, and expiration date. PayPal payments are subject to approval by PayPal and their terms.

The Website operator may update, add, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Once payment details are entered, an email confirming receipt of the order will be sent—this does not constitute confirmation of the transaction. Only upon authorization by the credit card company or PayPal will a confirmation email be sent and the charge applied.

If payment is not authorized, the transaction will be canceled, and the Purchaser will be notified.

All orders are subject to product availability. In case a product is out of stock, the order will be canceled, and a full refund issued. No claims may be made by the Purchaser in such a case.

In the event of incorrect billing, the customer must contact the Website management to request a refund.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders will be shipped only after payment has been authorized by credit card or PayPal.

The Product will be delivered to the address provided in the order form.

Delivery times:

• Registered mail: up to 10 business days

• Courier delivery: up to 4 business days

(Excludes Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, and holidays)

Shipping is subject to the terms of the courier company or Israel Post. If delivery cannot be completed, an alternative solution will be offered.

Products will be delivered only if in stock. In case of shortage, the order will be canceled, and the Purchaser will be fully refunded.

Shipping fees will be added to the order total and charged with the first payment.

The Website shall not be held responsible for delays caused by force majeure, strikes, or external factors.

It is the Purchaser’s responsibility to enter accurate information. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply.

Order Cancellation

The Purchaser may cancel an order in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, by sending written notice to: olgushsoaps@gmail.com, and returning the Product in its original packaging, where reasonably possible.

Cancellation rights may be limited for certain items as specified by law.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or delay an order, in whole or in part, at any time and without providing reasons, including in cases of stock shortages or suspected violation of the Terms. In such a case, the Purchaser will be notified, and any payment received will be refunded.

Cancellation by either party does not entitle the Purchaser to any claim or compensation, except for a refund of the actual payment made.

Privacy

User information is stored in the Company’s databases and used solely for processing orders and improving service. The Company will not share personal information with third parties unless necessary for completing the order or as required by law.

The Website uses cookies to enhance user experience and manage sessions.

Despite security efforts, absolute protection from unauthorized access or data breaches cannot be guaranteed. By using the Website, the user agrees that the Company shall not be held liable for damages resulting from such incidents.

Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, and patents are the property of the Company or third parties who have granted it permission.

No content, designs, or domain names may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any way without prior written consent.

Violation of these rights may result in legal action against the infringing party.
